Used to raise the Total Alkalinity level in a Hot Tub. Low Total Alkalinity causes spa water to be corrosive, which may result in staining or etching of spa surfaces. Low Total Alkalinity may cause pH to fluctuate excessively when being adjusted.
This Alkalinity Booster allows you to maintain the correct Total Alkalinity levels to extend the life of your spa's internal components. Add the product slowly - reducing the Total Alkalinity can be tricky!
