How to replace an ozone generator in a hot tub (Toronto Model)

TOOLS NEEDED: Drill, Phillips CH3 screwdriver, Knife
IMPORTANT: SWITCH OFF ELECTRICAL SUPPLY BY DISCONNECTING THE PLUG AT THE SOCKET OR ISOLATION SWITCH. Please contact a qualified electrician if you need assistance or contact us at Canadian Spa
STEP 1 -Remove left and centre panels on the ‘touch pad ‘ side
STEP 2 – Unscrew the control box cover with a Phillips screwdriver
STEP 3 – Unscrew wire clamp and unplug ozone cabinet from circuit board by pinching top and bottom tab
STEP 4 – Cut and remove pipe from ozone
STEP 5 – Unscrew ozone from cabinet and screw in new ozone unit
STEP 6 – Cut away old non-return valve and refit with new (see diagram below)
STEP 7 – Connect non-return valve to pipes (MAKE SURE THE VALVE POSITION BLOWS AWAY FROM OZONE – See above)
STEP 8- Connect pipe from non-return valve to ozone
To re-assemble reverse the above sequence from steps 3 to 1
