Here are 10 great exercises you can do in your Canadian Spa Hot Tub

  1. Arm curls - Holding a water bottle in each hand, curl your arms up towards your shoulders.
  2. Leg lifts - Sit on the edge of the hot tub with your legs in the water and lift your legs up and down.
  3. Hip rotations - Stand in the hot tub with your feet shoulder-width apart and rotate your hips clockwise and counterclockwise.
  4. Knee-to-chest stretches - Sit on the edge of the hot tub and bring one knee to your chest, then switch to the other leg.
  5. Water jogging - Jog in place in the hot tub, lifting your knees high.
  6. Torso twists - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and twist your torso from side to side.
  7. Water squats - Stand in the hot tub with your feet shoulder-width apart and squat down as low as you can go.
  8. Calf raises - Stand on the balls of your feet in the hot tub and raise your heels up and down.
  9. Wall push-ups - Stand facing the wall of the hot tub and push yourself away from the wall, then back towards it.
  10. Side leg lifts - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and lift one leg out to the side, then switch to the other leg.
