Canadian Spa diagnostic messages – OH/HH

If your spa displays either OH or HH on the topside control panel the sensors in the heater have detected temperatures over 43°C (110°F) which will cause the spa to shut
itself off. DO NOT ENTER THE SPA!! Remove the cover and let the temperature
cool down before resetting the breaker to restart the spa.

If these messages appear again, place a thermometer inside the spa and compare the temperature reading to the value displayed on the control panel. This information will help us diagnose the problem and speed up the repair process.
